… is the Manager of Professional Development at the Wildlife Conservation Society (WCS) where she manages all things AIP. Prior to joining WCS, Tara has spent her career in informal science institutions leading innovative programs that take difficult science concepts and encourage learners to think and take action in new, creative ways. She strives to connect these types of experiences to AIP students and is excited to help them create positive change in their communities and in the world. Tara earned her B.A. in Biology from Point Loma Nazarene University and an M.S. in Teaching, Conservation Biology through a partnership with WCS and Fordham University. In her free time, she loves traveling and experiencing all there is to do in New York City with her husband and two young sons.
