… is a STEM educator at Hopewell Elementary School (HES) with teaching experience in PreK-8 science education. She earned a Master of Arts in Teaching from Miami University of Ohio and a B.S. in Environmental Policy from Marist College. Her passions include hydroponic vertical gardening, native plant gardens, and inspiring young people to become planetary stewards who can communicate scientific ideas and promote innovation in science and sustainability. She is the director of HES’s Nature Harmony Project, which is a program focused on integrating nature and mental health. She serves on the board of trustees for a local community conservation organization (Friends of Hopewell Valley Open Space) and was awarded the Governor’s Teacher of the Year for HES as well as the 2020 Mercer County Teacher of the Year.
