…is a Curatorial Science Fellow for the Wildlife Conservation Society. She conducts research on pathways to effective science communication, focusing particularly on the impacts of interpersonal relationships and pre-existing beliefs. Using her background in social psychology, she works to develop effective means for engaging the public and promoting positive attitudes toward scientific research. Alexandra earned her B.S. in Human Development from Cornell University and an M.S. and Ph.D. in Psychology from Ohio University. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, baking and horror films.
