AIP student Stacy Craft understands the importance of a multi-level approach for students with exceptionalities and develops lessons plans with this in mind in “Using Live Species Around Campus to Understand Diets.” Craft’s curriculum aims to help individuals with autism and other developmental and learning disabilities engage with nature as it relates to food, eating and a healthy diet.
